Questions & Answers

Neutrality first. Then build.

What is PRI and what does it mean to be a Certified Postural Restoration Center?

Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is a clinical framework that addresses breathing, structure, and neurology as one integrated system. Being a Certified Center means we are one of a select number of facilities nationally recognized for our clinical depth and adherence to this specialized methodology.

Why does everyone start with an assessment?

The New Member Assessment is not a sales consultation. It is a comprehensive positional and movement evaluation that produces a personalized program blueprint, ensuring that every intervention is grounded in clinical data rather than assumptions.

How is this different from regular personal training?

We are not a gym. We are a clinical training environment that addresses the root causes of movement dysfunction. Our approach is rooted in the Postural Restoration Institute framework, focusing on breathing and structure as one integrated system.

Do you work with people who have injuries or pain?

Yes. We specialize in addressing complex movement patterns and chronic pain through a clinical, evidence-based approach. Our philosophy is to first restore neutrality before building any movement capacity.

What is your referral network and why does it matter?

We have a dedicated referral network of behavioral optometrists, airway-focused dentists, pelvic floor PTs, and orthopedic PTs. This integrated approach ensures that your movement and health are addressed by specialists who understand the clinical depth of our framework.
